At Body & Bra, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If your new lingerie or apparel doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
